The Seven Sisters is a series of handblown glass orbs by Jewel, realized during a residency at the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Studio. The seven orbs represent stars in the Pleiades constellation, which in many myths and cultures are credited with bringing knowledge to ancient civilizations. The lines connecting the orbs are intended to outline the iconic shape of the traditional Pleiades constellation.
