Does anyone remember the creater of the PlanetJewel website?  It used to be hosted on Tanweb and from memory it came up online around about 97-98 I think just before the release of Spirit.

Anyway it used to be my favourite website back in the days before Jeweljk ever existed and I remember Jewel herself speaking highly of PlanetJewel when her first official website took hold.  mmm back when content was free and Jewel unedited was ever a concept.

Oh well it was nice to remember how things once were for a little while.  Ill go jump back in my box now.  And perhaps it would be nice to see another Jewel tour to Australia, its been 12 years since Spirit and im still waiting...

Peace out,
Brett.

Didn't Scott Evans help run that for a while, too?

Either that or he had his own too...or both.

Wow, I was shocked, and honored, to find that someone would remember my old website. I just happened to come across this post by chance while googling.

Yes, after a couple years I became busy with other projects, and no longer had much interest in maintaining PJ... that's when Scott Evans (no relation) stepped forward to take over things for me. But eventually, after a while, the site wasn't getting the traffic it used to and I decided to shut it down.

I never had any clue that Jewel visited PJ, let alone spoke highly of it... wow!

How funny to see my name on this forum.

Yes, I ran a site called Let Me Fly and then I took over Planet Jewel from Tanner.

I was just reminiscing over how when I ran the first site and it was in Entertainment Weekly and had a lot of traffic, I was probably only like 12 years old. Little me could teach adult me a lot about productivity.
