Musselman’s Apple Sauce Family Skating Tribute update

Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, will perform live in a family-themed show
featuring such skating stars as Olympic gold medalists Ekaterina Gordeeva and Ilia
Kulik along with two-time Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan and many more. All of the skaters, and Jewel herself, are parents and both children and
parents will be featured in the show. The show, which was originally scheduled

proud parent of a baby boy, Olympic silver medalist Paul Wylie, world ice
dancing champion Shae-Lynn Bourne, who
also has a new baby boy, Olympic bronze medalist Jozef Sabovcik, and Weiss skating to a special performance by his
daughter, Annie Mae.
Jewel is also a mom. She and husband Ty Murray are the proud
parents of a son, Kase, who was born in July 2011. Jewel released an album of
lullabies, which features 11 self-penned songs and a few standards including
“Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” followed by a
second children’s album, The Merry Goes Round in 2011. Her exquisite and
enchanting voice gives even the most timeless pieces new meaning.
“I am so excited to be performing songs from my children’s
albums and sharing the songs I wrote for my son Kase with other parents and
children.” said Jewel.
The combination of stellar skating and beautiful music will
come alive with both children and adults bringing the magic of parenthood to
life on the ice in this one-of-a-kind show.
The show will be broadcast nationally on NBC as a part of
the Pandora NBC Skating Series. Back
